Whether at home, spending time with family and friends, shopping, or at work, the holidays can get a little crazy. So, this week I hope you will join me in trying a new technique to slow down the stress. When my life seems chaotic, I’m going to take a 1-2 minute breather. It could be as simple as looking out the window at God’s work in nature. Another idea is to go somewhere quiet and meditate or say a prayer. For those times You cannot get away from the stress, look at the person causing you the most stress and think of things about the person for which you are thankful. Another idea is to count ten blessings and have a few sips of water. Most importantly slow down and enjoy the journey. I look forward to reading your ideas and hearing about your success.
