Good morning! Everyone is super busy with Christmas only a few days away. Last minute shopping, gatherings, Christmas parties, work, and the list goes on and on. This week I have been thinking of those I know and those I don’t know personally who are at home or in a nursing home without family to celebrate. We are so busy these days that we often commicate mostly by text, social media or phone. We are all missing out when we don’t take time to spend physical time with others. I mean sitting with someone, giving them a hug, patting their back, holding their hand, and looking into eyes while we share and listen to stories. Today, I challenge you to spend time away from technology with those you love, and find at least one person who is alone to visit. Of course, we all have special gifts we can use and share in our visits. Use them. The blessings received will far outweigh the time lost. God bless you all.
