Praise God! I walked nearly eight miles yesterday! The best part is, I have no pain. My spirits are high. Two weeks ago I added 64 ounces of water each day. Last week I added 500- 1000 steps a day. Yesterday, I found an app that made walking more fun for me, so this week I will continue to use it. I am not going to set my goal to eight miles a day, because I know I will be at work. Instead, I’m going to make walking more fun. I have not lost any weight so far, but I am making healthier choices. Let me know what you are trying today. God bless you!
