Forgiveness Thursday – Get Back on Track

“Be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you” (Ephesians 4:32).

After two days at the hospital, I have to admit that I have not been true to Weight Watchers.  I tried to make good choices, but some of my choices were pure emotions.  Yikes!  So, today I’m back on my routine and I will forgive myself and move forward.  I’m also going to start visiting the gym.  I need to walk more.  Finally, I will forgive the media, on my friend’s advice, for making unrealistic images for us to live up to.  Join me on forgiving yourself for not closely following your diet.  God bless you.
