Every day may not be a good day, but try to find some good in every day to enjoy. If you can’t find anything, make a good moment. Go for a walk outside. Visit someone who is sick or in a nursing home. Enjoy an ice cream cone. Read a book. Dance. Focusing on all the bad and all that is wrong will only make you bitter and lonely. While pain and suffering may slow you down. It doesn’t have to stops you. Every day holds a new promise for happiness and joy. Now, that is something good!
