Seek God’s will in all that you do and he will direct your path.    Proverbs 3:6

Happy Monday!  I have so many great things to share.  First for all my RA and Fibromyalgia followers, the walking has been tough.  About six weeks ago I was only able to walk about 1,200 a 2,000 steps a day.  My doctor gave me cortisone shots in my knees twice before I came, but I was still only able to walk about 8,000 steps a day.  Both Saturday and Sunday I walked more than 21,000 steps a day.  After about 9,000 steps, I start to feel it and stairs really hurt.  I regret to say that I slow my traveling friend down, but still I’ve been holding up really well for me.  So, how did I do it?  I prayed the first three chapters of Ephesians and very sternly told the devil to leave me alone.  Then, I thanked God.  Second  since we have been in New York everyone has been so kind.  However, last night while we were on a bus tour, the tour guide warned us about some dangerous things that were taking place around us.  I recognized everything he mentioned.  We were in the midst of bad situations every day, but God had us.  What is better than that?  AMEN!

God has you too.  All you have to do is trust him.  So as we go through the day, join me in trusting the Lord with thanksgiving.   God bless you!
