Praise the Lord Sunday – Renewed Hope

We have thunderstorms in our lives that shake us up too. Often we are left not knowing what to do or how to go on. Always remember . . .

God promises to make something good out of the storms that bring devastation to your life.   Romans 8:28

Praise the Lord it’s Sunday!

In the area where we live it has been particularly dry and the winter was warmer than usual.  Over the last few weeks we have been praying for rain for the crops, and to settle the pollen and dust.  Last night a severe thunderstorm came through that woke us up.  This morning scattered showers are in the forecast.  Yet, we are surrounded by beauty, which I have included in the memes today made from photos taken this morning in my yard.

We have thunderstorms in our lives that shake us up too.  Often we are left not knowing what to do or how to go on.  It is easy to trust God when everything is good.  However, when we are going through storms our faith is tested.  Always remember that we are never alone, and God always understands.  God never intends to cause his children pain, but he does bring beauty after the storms.

Have a wonderful Sunday.  God bless you.
