Breaking through Emotional Pain – Just Ask

He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds [healing their pain and comforting their sorrow].
‭‭PSALM‬ ‭147:3‬ ‭AMP‬‬

Have you ever felt like you were at the end of your rope?  Are you at a place where you don’t care if you live or die?  Are drugs and alcohol a substance that just numbs the emotional pain you feel?  Have you lost someone close to you suddenly and now you feel like there is no hope in sight?  Do you blame others and yourself?  At one point or another just about everyone has been there.  So, what is the answer?

The answer is simple.  Jesus.  The Apostle Paul tells us in his letter to the Romans “[f]or I am convinced [and continue to be convinced–beyond any doubt] that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present and threatening, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the [unlimited] love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (ROMANS‬ ‭8:38-39‬ ‭AMP‬‬).

Do you think your problems are too big for Jesus?  If so, you couldn’t be more wrong.  There is NOTHING he can’t see you through!  Jesus tells us in the Gospel according to Matthew  to “ask and keep on asking and it will be given to you; seek and keep on seeking and you will find; knock and keep on knocking and the door will be opened” (MATTHEW‬ ‭7:7‬ ‭AMP‬‬).  All you have to do is ask.  Some of the easiest tasks in life can sometimes seem like the hardest.  If you are struggling today, get on your knees and ask Jesus to help you with whatever struggle you face.  If you would like for me to pray for you or with you, respond to this post.

God bless you.
