That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
1 John 1:3 KJV
It’s a cold Sunday afternoon in Florida. Today, I encourage you to remember others in your prayers who don’t have the advantages of a heated home with warm water. Also remember to check on family, neighbors and friends.
We enjoyed church services, breakfast and Sunday school this morning. One of the greatest things I enjoy about Sunday school is the relationships we have built with others. We are there for one another not only to learn, but to encourage, support and enjoy. Before I began teaching in September, I didn’t attend Sunday School. I attended church and went home. I didn’t know what I was missing. If you don’t attend Sunday School, I encourage you to try. If you don’t like one, try another. We are so blessed to have many styles for different personalities. Our Christian family understands us. They are the ones who come to see you when we’ve lost a family member or when we are in the hospital. They are willing to help us when things are tough. Isn’t that great! Best of all, we can do the same for them.
Remember to make time for fellowship! God bless you.
